Blue Cheese Vinaigrette


1/3 Cup Midtown Olive Oil Champagne Balsamic2 Tablespoons Chives, Chopped
½ Cup Midtown Olive Oil Whole Fused Lemon EVOO½ Cup Crumbled Blue Cheese
Sea Salt & Fresh Ground Pepper to Taste


Put first 4 ingredients in a bowl and whisk until thoroughly combined. Add blue cheese, sea salt & pepper. Stir to mix. Use immediately, or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
