Hot Pepper Goat Cheese Dip


10 oz good quality goat cheese

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup whole milk

2 garlic cloves, minced

3 sprigs of Thyme, chopped

1/2 cup Finch + Fennel Hot Pepper Jelly

6 green onions, chopped

Toasted baguette, for serving

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Soften goat cheese & cream cheese. Mix together by hand or with a mixer until evenly incorporated. Slowly add in the milk,  garlic & thyme. Bake at 350 for 15 - 20 minutes until slightly bubbly. Top with jam & green onions. Serve with baguette, cucumbers or crackers!
