Shipping policy

All orders are shipped UPS Ground Service or USPS to the US only, unless otherwise specified. Shipping and handling charges are calculated on the website. (Shipments to AK, HI, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO require additional time).

All in stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. We will notify you by email within two business days if your order is out of stock.

In-store pickup + local delivery orders: Please allow 24-48 business hours for processing. We will notify you by email when your order is ready for pick up/delivery.

To track the progress of an order, orders must be placed while logged into customer account and with a valid email address provided. A confirmation email will be sent immediately following order placement. Once the package is picked up by UPS or USPS, an additional email will be sent to the same email address with tracking information.
