Refund policy
Non-Faulty Returns: You must notify us within 14 days of purchase date; includes some important conditions.
The product must be unused, unopened, in original packaging & undamaged to qualify.
The product must be returned in NEW condition before we will issue a refund.
Return postage will be paid by the customer.
The refund given will be the price paid and does not include shipping and/or applicable taxes. in the original box and with the receipt.
All sales are final on sale merchandise.
Faulty Returns: If you receive a product that you think is faulty or develops an issue within 14 days of purchase, please email or call us immediately. We will assess the issue to determine if the merchandise is defective. If we agree your item is defective, we will issue you a replacement or refund with the following conditions.
Damage must be reported withing 14 days of purchase.
The fault or damage will be reviewed by us before issuing any refunds. Photographs may be required.
If the product needs to be returned to us, we will pay for the shipping.
We will either issue a refund or send a replacement.
Incorrect/Incomplete Orders: If we mistakenly send you the wrong item or an item is missing, please email or call us within 7 days of your purchase.
We will either issue you a refund/credit or ship the correct/missing item immediately with free shipping.
