Peach White Balsamic Bellini

1/2 to 3/4 cup Midtown Olive Oil Peach White Balsamic

1 pound peeled, sliced ripe peaches or 1-16 oz bag frozen peaches, defrosted

1 bottle chilled Prosecco or other sparkling white wine

A sprig of mint or rosemary for garnish

Put first two ingredients in a large pitcher. Slowly add Proscecco when ready to serve. Pour into glasses, allowing the peaches to be evenly distributed among the glasses. Add garnish. 

Serves 4-6
