Ingredients:
1.5 boneless, skinless chicken breast or thigh meat3 Tbsp MTOO Persian Lime Olive Oil
2 Tbsp honey
3 Tbsp Soy or Tamari Sauce
2 Tbsp MTOO Honey Ginger White Balsamic Vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
Lime juice from 1 lime
1 - 2 Tbsp fresh, finely chopped ginger
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions:
Cube chicken and place in shallow glass container.
In mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, garlic, lime juice, ginger and pepper flakes. Pour over chicken, reserving no more than 1/4 cup for later. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
(If using wooden skewers, soak them in water so they will not burn on grill)
Thread chicken on skewers and place on to a 375 degree preheated grill, cooking approximately 5-6 minutes per side. Baste occasionally with reserved marinade. Top with cilantro and serve.
