1 head cauliflower
2 Tbsp MTOO Ultra Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil, or to taste
Seasonello Bologna Herbal Salt
Cut cauliflower into small, bite-sized pieces
Drizzle olive oil over cauliflower
Sprinkle Seasonello salt over cauliflower
Shake lightly to coat
Roast in oven at 450 degrees for about 20 minutes, or air fry at 375 for 12-15 minutes
