Roasted Tomatoes with Raspberry Balsamic


  • 2 Tablespoons Midtown Olive Oil Raspberry Balsamic
  • 4 Tablespoons Midtown Olive Oil Ultra Premium EVOO
  • 12 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 2 beefsteak tomatoes, cut in quarters
  • Sea Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Fresh Basil


Drizzle vinegar and olive oil over tomatoes; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast @ 425° F oven 30-40 minutes. Serve warm or room temperature with fresh basil leaves.
