Ingredients:
- 2 Tablespoons Midtown Olive Oil Raspberry Balsamic
- 4 Tablespoons Midtown Olive Oil Ultra Premium EVOO
- 12 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 2 beefsteak tomatoes, cut in quarters
- Sea Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Fresh Basil
Directions:
Drizzle vinegar and olive oil over tomatoes; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast @ 425° F oven 30-40 minutes. Serve warm or room temperature with fresh basil leaves.
