Balsamic Martini


2 1/2 oz vodka or gin
1 oz Midtown Olive Oil Traditional or White Balsamic
*try these variations
Espresso Balsamic with chocolate covered espresso beans
Dark Chocolate Balsamic with shaved chocolate
Alfoos Mango White Balsamic with a slice of fresh mango
Golden Pineapple White Balsamic with a slice of fresh pineapple
Peach White Balsamic with a sprig of basil or mint
Cranberry Pear White Balsamic with frozen cranberries
Cinnamon Pear Balsamic with a slice of pear or a cinnamon stick
Pomegranate Balsamic with pomegranate seeds
Fig Balsamic with a slice of lemon or orange


Put martini glass in freezer for about 15 minutes; Pour ice into a cocktail shaker; Add vodka or gin; Add balsamic; Shake thoroughly; Strain into frosty martini glass; Add Garnish
