Since 1840, Edmond Fallot has held onto the tradition of producing quality mustard in many different flavors. The distinct high quality and flavor of this specialty mustard is due to the traditional grinding of the mustard seeds in the stony grindstones. These dijon mustards are obtained by blending brown mustard seeds and Verjuice (grape juice harvested in Burgundy).
