Roasted Tomatoes with Raspberry Balsamic


2 Tablespoons Midtown Olive Oil Raspberry Balsamic4 Tablespoons Midtown Olive Oil Ultra Premium EVOO12 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
2 beefsteak tomatoes, cut in quarters
Sea Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Fresh Basil


Drizzle vinegar and olive oil over tomatoes; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast @ 425° F oven 30-40 minutes. Serve warm or room temperature with fresh basil leaves.
