Roasted Red Pepper Hummus


1 jar Roasted Red Peppers, drained
2- 15 oz. cans garbanzo beans, drained
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. ground cumin
 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup Midtown Olive oil Ultra Premium EVOO of your choice ( Cobrancosa, Arbequina)  or flavored olive oil (Basil, Harissa, Cilantro & Roasted Onion, Milanese Grimolata)
2 tsp. sea salt, to taste


Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until creamy and smooth.  Adjust seasoning as desired.  Refrigerate until ready to serve.  Drizzle more fresh olive oil over the top of the hummus and serve with pita chips or veggies.
