Homemade Chimichurri Sauce

2 cups fresh Italian parsley, loosely packed
5 cloves garlic, peeled and minced or pressed
1 shallot, chopped
2 Tbsp MTOO Red Wine Vinegar
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 - 3/4 cup MTOO Ultra Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions: Place all items except olive oil in food processor, pulsing a few times. Start with 1/2 cup and slowly pour some of the olive oil. Pulse a few times. Continue this process until you reach a desired consistency, Serve atop grilled skirt steak, chicken, pork or fish.
