Ingredients:
2 cups Rice cereal squares
2 cups Wheat cereal squares
2 cups Corn cereal squares
1 cup whole, slivered or sliced almonds
3/4 cup dried cranberries
3/4 cup dried cherries
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp light or dark corn syrup
1/2 cup Midtown Olive Oil Blood Orange EVOO2 Tablespoons butter
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Directions:
In large bowl, mix cereal, almonds and dried fruit. In small saucepan over medium heat, combine salt, brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and Blood Orange EVOO. Bring to a boil and cook 1 minute. Stir in baking soda and pour mixture over dry ingredients. Stir until evenly coated and pour into a Greased jelly roll pan. Bake mixture in pan at 250°F for 1 hour. Cool in pan and store in air tight container. ENJOY!
