Caprese Salad Recipe

  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 1 Pound Fresh Mozzarella
  • 1 Bunch Fresh Basil
  • Midtown Olive Oil Basil Olive Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Salted Capers, Or To Taste
  • Sea Salt
  • Cracked Pepper

Cut tomatoes and mozzarella into thick slices. On your serving platter, layer alternating tomato and mozzarella slices with a basil leaf between each slice. Drizzle our Basil Olive Oil over the slices; season with salt and pepper.

Additional Ideas

Balsamic vinegar also goes great on a caprese salad - try drizzling our Traditional 18 Year Balsamic with or instead of the Basil Olive Oil.
