- 3 Tomatoes
- 1 Pound Fresh Mozzarella
- 1 Bunch Fresh Basil
- Midtown Olive Oil Basil Olive Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Salted Capers, Or To Taste
- Sea Salt
- Cracked Pepper
Cut tomatoes and mozzarella into thick slices. On your serving platter, layer alternating tomato and mozzarella slices with a basil leaf between each slice. Drizzle our Basil Olive Oil over the slices; season with salt and pepper.
Balsamic vinegar also goes great on a caprese salad - try drizzling our Traditional 18 Year Balsamic with or instead of the Basil Olive Oil.
