Roasted Walnut Oil Pesto

This Recipe Uses:

3 Cups Basil Leaves

1 Clove Garlic, Roughly Chopped

3 Tablespoons Walnuts

3 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese

1/2 Cup Midtown Olive Oil Roasted Walnut Oil

Salt to Taste

Puree the ingredients until smooth in a food processor. Serve immediately or refrigerate covered.
About 2 cups.
