Dark Espresso Balsamic

Our new aged is amazingly complex with layers of authentic espresso and dark roasted coffee. It is exquisite used in an "affogato float", which calls for one part espresso balsamic to four parts vanilla bean ice cream or gelato.

Recommendation

ALSO makes a fantastic glaze or B-B-Q base for pork or beef or chicken.  Pairings to try: Blood Orange EVOO or Chocolate Balsamic.
