Salt Flowers (Soline)

These marvelous salt crystals bloom in a thin layer on the surface of the salt pans in Slovenia, on the coast of the Adriatic Sea. Produced in the traditional manner at the Sečovlje Salina Nature Park, Fleur de Sel is fine, light crystals that have a delicate flavor and a high concentration of minerals. Our Fleur de Sel comes in a reusable glass jar with a cork lid to ensure the crystals remain fresh.
