Caprese Salad


3 Tomatoes
1 Pound Fresh Mozzarella
1 Bunch Fresh Basil
Midtown Olive Oil,  Basil Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Salted Capers, Or To Taste
Sea Salt
Cracked Pepper


Cut tomatoes and mozzarella into thick slices. On your serving platter, layer alternating tomato and mozzarella slices with a basil leaf between each slice. Drizzle our Basil Olive Oil over the slices; season with salt and pepper.

Additional Ideas

Balsamic vinegar also goes great on a Caprese salad - try drizzling our Traditional 18 Year Balsamic with or instead of the Basil Olive Oil.
